Amazing! Small class size and the instructor was very attentive. Ensuring that I was properly doing each pose and that I was getting the maximum out of the class.

The sessions are intense and pushes one to work harder. But don’t worry, easier and difficult asanas are sequenced properly to keep us motivated. In case of difficult asanas, intermediary asanas are taught – so that gradual scaling up is done. Overall I would recommend this studio.
